The Jonesborough event is now ARRL-sanctioned for 2018

This year's event will be held, once again, at Storybrook Farms in historic Jonesborough, Tennessee on July 21-22. Plans are being made for numerous technical discussions, fleamarket (including a fee based 'deluxe' fleamarket which is shaded, has electricity, an open soft drink bar and bathroom facilities). We'll be providing a listing of nearby motels. Every year this event gets larger and better. If you're into 'boatanchors' you don't want to miss this!  Details can be found on as they become available.

.Bob Heil will be attending this year’s W9DYV Vintage Radio event.  He will be giving two presentations/demos:  one on the pine board AM transmitter featured in January QST.  The other will involve the design goals for the new Heil Parametric Receive Audio System.   This product was a hit at Hamvention and is just now entering full production.  Here’s a chance to get the inside scoop on an amazing, new receive-audio device.

Bob W0YVA will keep the CE website updated with news, as we are now approaching the home stretch.  Please spread the word about the annual DYV Event at local clubs and on-air.  This year should be our best ever. - Nick Tusa
